Mount Taishan (simplified: 泰山, traditional: 泰山, pinyin: Tàishān, jyutping: taai3 saan1) is the Eastern Great Mountain of China’s Five Sacred Mountains, located in Shandong Province. It is the base of the Taishan School in Laughing in the Wind.
Overview
Mount Taishan is the easternmost of the Five Sacred Mountains and traditionally the most revered. The Taishan School, led by Tianmen, was known for the Eighteen Bends of Taishan sword technique. The school faced internal conflict when Yujizi and others plotted against Tianmen at the Five Mountains Sword Meet.
