Miaofeng Shi (simplified: 妙风使, traditional: 妙風使, pinyin: Miàofēng Shǐ, jyutping: miu6 fung1 si3) was one of the Wind-Cloud-Moon Three Messengers (风云月三使) of the Persian Ming Order who came to Snake Island with the Sacred Fire Commands.
Biography
Mission to Snake Island
Miaofeng Shi, along with Liuyun Shi and Huiyue Shi, arrived at Snake Island carrying the Sacred Fire Commands. They immediately ordered Xie Xun to execute Zishan Longwang (Purple Robe Dragon King, Daiqisi), demonstrating the authority of the Persian Ming Order’s headquarters.
Battle with Zhang Wuji
The three messengers fought against Zhang Wuji, Zhao Min, and Xie Xun. Despite Zhang Wuji’s Nine Yang Divine Skill and Qiankun Great Shift, the three messengers’ strange and unpredictable martial arts initially suppressed him. Only when Zhao Min used a suicidal technique with the Heavenly Sword and Xie Xun used the Dragon Sabre were they able to fight the three messengers to a draw.
Status
The three messengers’ status was lower than that of the Twelve Treasure Tree Kings of the Persian Ming Order, but they represented the authority of the Persian headquarters and could command the Chinese Ming Order.
Martial arts
Miaofeng Shi was skilled in the Sacred Fire Command Divine Skill, which featured strange and unpredictable techniques. The three messengers fought together as a team, using coordinated attacks that were difficult to counter.
