Huiyue Shi

Huiyue Shi

Huiyue Shi (simplified: 辉月使, traditional: 輝月使, pinyin: Huīyuè Shǐ, jyutping: fai1 jyut6 si3) was one of the Wind-Cloud-Moon Three Messengers (风云月三使) of the Persian Ming Order. She was the only female among the three messengers.

Biography

Mission to Snake Island

Huiyue Shi, along with Miaofeng Shi and Liuyun Shi, arrived at Snake Island carrying the Sacred Fire Commands. They immediately ordered Xie Xun to execute Zishan Longwang (Purple Robe Dragon King, Daiqisi), demonstrating the authority of the Persian Ming Order’s headquarters. This led Zhao Min to use a suicidal technique called “Heaven and Earth Share the Same Life” (天地同寿) to save Xie Xun.

Battle with Zhang Wuji

The three messengers fought against Zhang Wuji, Zhao Min, and Xie Xun. Despite Zhang Wuji’s Nine Yang Divine Skill and Qiankun Great Shift, the three messengers’ strange and unpredictable martial arts initially suppressed him. Only when Zhao Min used a suicidal technique with the Heavenly Sword and Xie Xun used the Dragon Sabre were they able to fight the three messengers to a draw.

Religious trial

Huiyue Shi participated in the religious trial of Daiqisi, executing the Persian headquarters’ judgment to burn the traitor. However, due to the intervention of Zhang Wuji and others, the execution was not carried out.

Martial arts

Huiyue Shi was skilled in the Sacred Fire Command Divine Skill, which included techniques such as:

  • Yinfeng Blade (阴风刀): Using the edge of the palm to emit internal energy
  • Tougu Needle (透骨针): A point-striking technique

The three messengers fought together as a team, using coordinated attacks that could form offensive and defensive formations. However, their weakness was their over-reliance on group combat; individually, they lacked adaptability.
