Bao Wanye (simplified: 包万叶, traditional: 包萬葉, pinyin: Bāo Wànyè, jyutping: baau1 maan6 jip6) was a third-generation disciple of the Snowy Mountain School and apprentice of Bai Zizai. He participated in the school’s search for Shi Zhongyu and other activities.
Biography
Training and service
Bao Wanye was trained in the Snowy Mountain Swordplay by Bai Zizai. As a third-generation disciple, he was part of the “Wan” generation (万字辈) of the Snowy Mountain School, alongside Bai Wanjian, Feng Wanli, Geng Wanzhong, Wang Wanren, Ke Wanjun, Huyan Wanshan, Wang Wanyi, and Hua Wanzi.
Search for Shi Zhongyu
After Shi Zhongyu attempted to rape Bai Axiu and fled the Snowy Mountain School, Bao Wanye participated in the search for him, traveling with Bai Wanjian and other disciples throughout the jianghu.

Bao Wanye was involved in various school activities and missions, supporting Bai Wanjian and Feng Wanli in their duties. He remained loyal to the Snowy Mountain School throughout the crisis caused by Bai Zizai’s madness.
