Songshan Swordplay (simplified: 嵩山剑法, traditional: 嵩山劍法, pinyin: Sōngshān Jiànfǎ, jyutping: sung1 saan1 gim3 faat3) was the Songshan School’s signature sword technique in Laughing in the Wind.
Overview
The Songshan School was the strongest faction in the Five Mountains Sword Alliance, and its swordplay reflected this dominance. The technique emphasised power and orthodox execution. The Ten Elders of the Sun Moon Order had deciphered counter-techniques to Songshan Swordplay, carved onto the cave walls on Mount Hua.
