Wudang Long Fist (simplified: 武当长拳, traditional: 武當长拳, pinyin: Wǔdāng Chángquán, jyutping: mou5 dong1 coeng4 kyun4) is a fundamental technique of the Wudang Order that emphasises using the opponent’s force against them. The force returned to the opponent matches the force they used, making it dangerous for opponents to attack with full strength. Zhang Cuishan was skilled in Wudang Long Fist along with the Cloud Ladder (梯云纵) qinggong.
