Mount South Hengshan (simplified: 衡山, traditional: 衡山, pinyin: Héngshān, jyutping: hang4 saan1) is the Southern Great Mountain of China’s Five Sacred Mountains, located in Hunan Province. It is the base of the Southern Hengshan School in Laughing in the Wind.
Overview
Mount South Hengshan is the southernmost of the Five Sacred Mountains. The Southern Hengshan School, led by Mo Da, was known for the Five Divine Swords of South Hengshan and the Hundred Transformations techniques. Liu Zhengfeng was a prominent member before his retirement and death.
