Marrow-Cleansing Sutra (simplified: 洗髓经, traditional: 洗髓經, pinyin: Xǐsuǐ Jīng, jyutping: sai2 seoi5 ging1) is one of the Shaolin Order’s two supreme internal cultivation texts, alongside the Tendon-Transmuting Sutra. Together they represent the pinnacle of Shaolin neigong. The sutra focuses on cleansing and strengthening the marrow, deepening neili cultivation.
