Huang Boliu (simplified: 黄伯流, traditional: 黃伯流, pinyin: Huáng Bólíu, jyutping: wong4 baak3 lau4), known as “Silver Bearded Dragon” (银髯龙), was the chief of the Heavenly River Gang and a member of the Old Ancestors of the Yellow River.
