It is easy to differentiate wuxia, xianxia, and xuanhuan once you know what to look out for. All three are sub-genres of qihuan,also known as fantasy.
I have made revisions to Chapter 1 of Demi-Gods and Semi Devils. This is a complete re-translation of the chapter using the Third Edition source.
Thank you to all who gave email feedback about the fonts. The experiment with different humanistic san serif fonts has ended with the current look. It is more readable both on desktop and mobile.
There was a persistent issue that threw an error for some visitors recently. We fixed the issue and took the opportunity to refresh the design of WuxiaSociety. The previous look has been with us since 2014 and it’s about time we had a new look!
